For independent consultants and specialists who work on a project or role basis. We bring in proven practitioners to work on client engagements alongside our team, under our standards and quality bar, when the fit is right.

For organisations that want a formal alliance relationship with VCM: delivering alongside us where your specialism complements our core capability, and inviting us into your own client relationships where our value chain thinking adds to what you offer. This is mutual involvement, not supplier registration.
